I'm really happy with how the pictures came out, the layered looks are beautiful and i've been wearing my Now,Voyager hair accessories every day at University, people seem really interested in them and I also got interviewed for the local paper!

One of my favourite clips is this gorgeous bunny one! Felicity made it so it was hiding inside my curl like a bunny hole, so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!~

Hyper Japan 2012 and Lolita Fashion Show!

Hyper Japan last year was actually amazing and this one surely lived up to its reputation! My favourite addition this year was the Nico Nico Douga booth, basically you get broadcasted live on NicoNicoDouga.com and people write comments, which then go across the screen so there's an element of live interaction. The comments I got where that I had good taste in anime, I think someone also asked me to be their waifu *_*
The food this year was better too, with more hot food such as Katsu Curry, Yakitori and even authentic ramen, I tried the Salt ramen which came with pork slices and a duck egg <3 Even the free lunch that was supplied to me for being a performer was delicious; Teiryaki pork with sticky rice and a dumpling with pickled vedgetables:
The Fashion show itself was of course my highlight of the day, once I overcame my nerves >.<
Scarlett and Tania were the commentators and they did an excellent job in interviewing us about our individual fashions:
I was twinning with Emma "Memz" Chipperfield who was lovely all the way through and great to work with, I think we pulled off some really cute poses!
Something that really interested me was a fashion called "Culture Party" two girls wore it in the show and aparently it's a mix of Fairy Kei and Dolly Kei and involves lots of Pastels and layers and is actually comfortable! Which is a rarity in Japanese fashion >.<

Our flag made it on Versailles blog!

On Versailles' official blog they posted our flag "Top left" with other flags made for their world tour! This made us super happy as that banner took us ages to make xD
I remember when we gave it to Kamijo he even asked "was this the one up in the stands?" in English! and then kissed it haha. We used black markers for the lettering and gold markers for the border, we took it around the queue before the show to get it signed! ^-^

2nd Now,Voyager shoot and new wig!

To promote the new line of hair accessories I was lucky enough to participate in a photoshoot for Now,Voyager!  (http://www.now-voyager.co.uk/) This was my second shoot with this company and it was even more fun that the last one; not only was the photographer fast, easy-going and talented, the models were lovely and the owner Felicity was as usual incredible and organized! The MUA was also incredibly talented, and during the course of the day I had  colourful cake glitter in my hair and also sequins stuck to my face with vaseline haha, so much fun!
Some of the new hair accessories included bunny rabbits, keys, bears and fish!
The style of the shoot was a mix of Vintage and pin up themes; including my look which was a 40's "English rose" there was also a classic swan look and a 60s style look! The other models all had a lot of experience in modelling; a couple of them regulary appear in Bizzare magazine and both have very specific signature looks. I hope I can work with them again someday!~

I have been busy lately, but this month means i'll be actively blogging. Hyper Japan is just around the corner, as is another couple of fashion shows and shoots. I just a few photoshoots so i'll upload the pictures soonie n.n

Lockshop Hime-Gyaru wig in Brown!

I must first off start by saying I do own another wig by another known brand, but compared to the other one this is much higher quality, it could easily be mistaken for real hair. The hair itself is soft and easy to style and I wore for a good 10+ hours and it at no point irratated me or slid off. I would describe the colour as "chocolate brown" however there are some auburn and golden tones aswell which make it appear more natural.
I will most definately buy from Lockshop again~
My next purchase will be the "Soft curls" in black, I absolutely adore that wig and feel like going something a little bit opposite to my own hair and complexion and i'm sure it will be the same quality as this one. I only wish Lockshop did "Silky Straight" in black too T___T
I can't fault this wig in any way so i'd have to give it a 5/5.

3D Animation project finished!

I thought i'd share my completed assignment. There's a lot wrong with it, but in the timeframe I think we all did really well. Some parts of this were animated using a motion capture suit too, which was great fun. I will keep triving to improve though~

I've finished this terms of deadlines for University so I can get back to doing some more exciting stuff!

So I must start by saying I booked my trip to Japan today; i'll post up a plan of where we're going later on but loosely I want to visit:

 ❣Jacuzzi Karaoke bar
 ❣Popopure Maid cafe (I went there before, they let you dub your own anime then keep a DVD of it :3)

I'm very saddened to hear that D are actually not visiting London in their European tour, but they will be visiting Italy and Spain, which is a first for them. I'm possibly going to go to Belgium to see them!

my Part time job. HOWEVER.

2012 is looking very promising already!



For Christmas I was given an Ipad 2 and also a beautifully Baby, The Stars Shine
Bright Jsk and headbow (above). I hope I can extend my Lolita wardrobe a lot more in the coming year <3
For new years we had a glorious firework display in our garden and let off some multi-coloured lanterns!
